I've been spending the past few days with Minh : ) I don't let him leave my sight. I also have him working for me at the workshop organizing my crystals, and taking out the trash. lol
It's been 5 months since we've seen each other last! Time flies, I'm blessed to have my DSK Jewelry and all of you girls : ) It didn't feel like 5 months at all! haha harsh, huh?

Costco's quality is just as fine as Tiffany's but you end up paying $6,000 more for the same ring from Tiffany's that you could get at Costco. I'm perfectly fine with a ring from Costco ^_^
Costco & Sam's Club are my two favorite places to browse jewelry. I skip over any jewelry store you see in the mall (as I used to intern for one of them). Their business practice is just sneaky, and 500% markup! Employees are the only ones that get a great deal. Real life example, my friend bought a pair of earrings from the jewelry store she worked at for merely $17 with her employee discount. This same pair cost the average shopper: $200. LOL
Minh took me to Seattle's Chinatown the first night I visited Washington last year : ) This was the first time I had Honey Walnut Prawns....how I love this dish!!!

I received the two My Pretty Pink Boxes I ordered from the August Sale, about 2 weeks ago. It was my first time ordering, so I bought 2 boxes! lol, I know my girlsKT & Wuzzyadore their MPPB, so I knew I would too! Wuzzy buys these religiously & so will I, it's fun to get a surprise : ) It's a nice pick me up to get a package in your name every once in a while :D I wonder if that's how my DSK girls feel when they get a package from me! I hope so!
The prices on the box vary from month to month, I believe, and I paid around $12 for each of my boxes! I can't wait for September's to go on sale.

I don't take much time to do my makeup anymore. Not like when I was at college. I miss that : ( I used to love love love eyeshadow! Not a day went by when I didn't have a new look.
I really am hating my hair, the bob cut is not me, lol I am to lazy to style it! So it just lays flat after I straighten, haha I will never let you see what it looks like unstraightened! I look psycho. Especially in the morning : )

That one is a 700k home 4 BR, 2.5 Bath...700k ---2.5 mil 5 BR 4.5 Bath!!!! I'll take the 2.5 mil any day! There will be 4 of us living there : ) I hope it's reasonable!

My friends and I went to Hooters when we were in college for fun :D Their wings are pretty damn good! The waitresses are flirty and friendly, sometimes annoying lol. Maybe cause I'm a girl, I see through their fake kindess!!! :P
Hooters definitely need to update their uniforms though! They're way out dated!

I've always wanted to title my entry Steroids .. just kidding. Anyhow, I went to the doctor (all super nervous), and he suggested I get a steroid shot (like the kinds they give you for allergies). So..I got the shot! It wasn't too bad..I was a little scared (as I'm scared of needles!)
The nurse was super nice, and she said she's old so that helps (b/c she's given a lot of shots). haha and I say "thank you!" She was laughing, "you're welcome for being old!"
My left arm has been numb and sore for about 2 days now. I can still feel a slight pain on my arm. I'm healing!!! Well..at least I can think I am : ) The nurse said it takes about 2-3 days to kick in; I'm still super itchy!!! And I scratch a lot, the doctor said he doesn't blame me, lol.
My face has cleared up a ton since 2 weeks ago, I think I'm ready to show my face again : ) I'm going to make a video tomorrow to talk about my 15 new DSK Lux Bracelets for sale tomorrow : )
DSK Steph for DSK QVC, who's ready?
I really am into make the Lux pieces, it's just super relaxing for me. I enjoy making them, and I enjoy making new pieces on a daily. Basically, I'm very happy with myself :D I guess you could say it's the "proud parent effect" I proud of my Lux babies! I can't wait to share them with everyone tomorrow.
I post a few new items on the Blog Sale, www.dskblogsale.blogspot.com I'm just trying to snap a few pictures each day of new things I want to let go. I'm moving Mid-Late September...can you believe it? I don't have much time to plan!
I just want to clear out my closet, and clear out my makeup collection. Minh is going to be flying to Michigan to help me pack up and move. I'm only taking what I can cram into my Lexus! I regret not getting an SUV. 80% will be my jewelry, and 20% makeup, clothes. I figure Washington is a healthy green state. I'm hoping to workout, lose weight, get fit and buy new everything!
Here's a link to the potential new place, they're running our credit checks, so it's just a waiting game. I will have 3 roommates..can you believe it? lol I've never had that many roomies before! It's going to be so "Real World," haha minus the drama. And it looks like out of the 4 rooms...I'm going to get the master bedroom! Of course, I would have to pay more. This will be the first time I pay rent where I live! I pay rent now for the workshop, and live free at my parents lol. So now..it's pay rent to live..and maybe find a retail space for the jewelry business not too long from now. : )

How is everyone tonight? I got home from the DSK Workshop ; ) tonight at 7 pm, and decided to hit up the 3 M's! Michaels, Marshalls, and Meijers, lol Michaels Crafts
I just love browsing this store! Especially the scrapbook section! I always leave with new scrapbook sheet paper, it's crazy. And a million and 1 packs of stickers (I spent $56.99 on stickers today..but so worth it!!!). In regards to their jewelry section..it's terrible! I cannot stand made in China plastic beads & crappy made in China tools, and overpriced jewelry storage containers!!! Plastic bead organizers should not cost $20! lol, so I wait for the 40% off coupon in the Sunday's Ad. :P

I just love browsing their home decor section. This store is where I find all my findings, lol. I bought a few really nice jewelry stands from Marshall's & TJ Maxx. I always find something I like, and the inventory is always changing, so I try to go out there each week if I can :) I cannot stand to browse through their clothing though, I get a headache, lol I have no idea how my mom does it!
Meijers
Mejers is one of the largest Mid West supermarkets, this is where I buy all my AQUAFINA CHAPSTICK!!! (If you can't find them in your hometown, I have them for sale on my DSK Sale Blog www.dskblogsale.blogspot.com) There's nothing else there right now, but there will be soon ; ) I'll let you know. There are few makeup items I am thinking about putting up for sale, such as MAC lipsticks in Bubbles & Lollipop Loving. I'll have to bust them out and stare at them and then decide. lol, I have a hard time parting with my makeup, sometimes jewelry too.
Anyhow, Meijers was hoppin' tonight, I felt like the whole damn community was grocery shopping at 8:30pm...I get home after buying my 6 packs of Aquafina Chapstick, plain yogurt, granola, honey, Edy's popsicles... I was telling my mom I saw our neighbor..lol a high school teacher.. >.< xo xo
My Chef loving Nu sent me a thoughtful package :) We're always sending random packages from MI to RI and RI to MI. The post office makes money off of us, lol. But hey..we're patriotic and support the United States Postal Service! Isn't that right Nu?

In more exciting news, there is a new casino in Battle Creek, Michigan!!! 1 hour away from my house! My parents are going tomorrow, it's the grand opening! I'm going to save the "going to a new casino experience" with my Minhers at the end of August when he visits / be put to work for DSK :P
I wish I could go..but I'm responsible for driving my little sister to and from work. She works at a restaurant called Bob Evans, they're like a breakfast place for old people, lol.

But he's a friend of a friend, and his work is outstanding, and he's giving me a deal, and it took A LOT of convincing/begging for him to take on my project! I just love the fact that his work is featured in the The New York Post & The Daily Candy, and he has a really great network. I'm envious and I strive to be a lot like the people he works for! Especially MethodIzaz

This photographer aint cheap! I believe it costs you $500/hr to hire him. Basically..he's ballin' & my entreprenuer role model.
