OPI Neon Revolution is a fun limited edition nail polish set for Summer 2013. I really liked The Time is Pow (orange neon) the best. You apply the white base polish as a base coat first, that way the neon colors stand out on the white "canvas." Surprisingly, the white base that comes with this set isn't as good as the white base that came with the Nicole by OPI neon sets. I found the white base in my set was more on thick side so it was hard to get an even perfect coat of white. It's important to get an even application of the white base so your neon shades apply evenly. The white base in my Nicole by OPI Scandalous Neon set was a thinner formula and applied much smoother. I do really like the OPI top coat that was included in the set.
