In life news! Minh went to a farm on the East side of Washington..and bought all these Asian pears for $18! He bought a whole box of Washington apples too. lol Never trust a man to grocery shop! We ended up giving most of them away to friends and family in the area. :D I love Asian pears! We can always juice them as well. I bought a Breville 5 speed juicer a few months ago, and I absolutely love it! I'm looking forward to purchasing a Vitamix next!
I'm excited to watching Up All Night, and Revenge later this evening. :) Minh and I also started and finished the first season of this horror TV show called the Walking Dead. OMGGGG It's so gross! I'm not the type to watch gory horror shows, but there's just something about the show that is so addicting! It's like True Blood -- minus the attractive cast, and romance. I guess Zombies are the new vampires! My friend Danielle warned me of this!
In shopping news! I picked up my first Shiseido natural black eyebrow pencil. I always buy my eyebrow pencils based off of Raeview's reviews! She's so awesome, and has amazing taste in luxury/department store makeup. :) I picked up a few tops from H&M, and Old Navy (had 10% off coupon!). I can't believe the crazy deals out there! I also purchased my second pair of TOMS. I conformed and got the classic black pair in size 7.5. :) TOMS are true to size. I have the wedges, and only the left shoe is comfy! The right one killed my heel. I hurt just thinking about it. I hope I break them in better for next year wear. That's about as exciting as it gets in my world. I hope everyone is doing awesome, and enjoying the month of October!

Summer just arrived in Seattle, and I'm enjoying my bright & bold polishes (Chanel Mimosa, Zoya Pippa). But it's never too soon to prepare for Fall right? Chanel's nail polish in Peridot looks like it's the big hit this Fall, but I'm not crazy about it (yet). I didn't fall in love with Chanel Mimosa at first sight either, but I ended up loving it!

Zoya "Pippa" Can you believe how bright this nail polish is?! It's definitely more vibrant than the wearable Chanel "Mimosa." It's a cream finish, and very opaque.

Zoya "Pippa" (my pick for a summer of happiness!) It only took two coats to get this result. I used Zoya Amor top coat to top. :)

The rest of my Zoya haul includes the following, : ) Zoya Amor Top Coat, Pippa, Minka, Shay, Pandora, Caitlin, Dove : ) Zoya's small polish remover is packaged so beautifully! I love that shade of lilac purple. :) I also picked up the Amor top coat, and I like it so far. :D Armor Top Coat is packaged all fancy. lol I really like trying new top coats by different brands. Some say they're all the same, but I disagree! I really am looking for the glossiest top coat because that's the look like for my nails. : )

Zoya launched a new limited edition Summer 2011 Collection yesterday (June 1, 2011) and the fabulous collection is called Touch.

You only need two coats of these Zoya nude polishes. I applied Zoya Amor top coat as well. :D
I really cannot decide on a favorite! I now know why so many of you girls love Zoya. ^^ The formula is amazing and they apply beautifully. :) There was a huge demand for this collection, and I can see why. The "nude" craze is quite fun in the beauty world. :D
My video isn't as awesome as the Zoya video..but I still wanted to video document these polishes for fun. ^_^

Don't you love Zoya's descriptions? Thank you Zoya! I wish MAC lipsticks would have more of a detailed description and let you know which skin tones the lipsticks would look best on! I've gone through so many MAC "nude" lipsticks trying to find the perfect one. I'm sure many of you girls can relate!
