Hey Blog World!
Some of you may already know since I've talked about it a bunch of times, but I'm going to law school this fall. Which means..I'll need a place to live! My parents and aunt are lending me money for a down payment on my future home ^^. I am so blessed.
Considering it's a buyer's market out there, and it's Michigan, it's a great time to buy a home, whether it's a condo, townhouse, or house.
I've decided on a condo in Auburn Hills, but I don't know which one yet!
This is my top pick as of right now, what do you think? There actually 3 properties in the same neighborhood that I'm looking at, the prices are a bit different, and some have 2 bedrooms, others have 3 bedrooms. There was one property with a built in plasma! & Cherry hardwood floors and cabinets.
I think this property only has a one car garage, I'm looking for two!
It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom style home
